Set up and use your voicemail¶
Your extension comes with a voicemail box for callers who reach you when you're away or on another call.
Log in to voicemail from a desk phone¶

The system tells you how many new messages you have.
You can also listen to voicemail in the phone portal (click your name at the top right, then Messages), in the SNAPmobile app, or in CloudieConnect on your computer or cell.

Record your greeting¶
- Log in to voicemail and press 6 for greetings.
- Press 1 to record a greeting.
- Enter the greeting number, usually 1.
- After the tone, record your greeting and press #.
- Press 1 to make it your active greeting.
To hear a greeting you've recorded, press 6, then 2, then the greeting number. To switch to a different greeting, press 6, then 3, then the greeting number.
Change your PIN or record your name¶
From the main menu, press 5 for user options, then:
- Press 1 to change your voicemail PIN, and follow the prompts.
- Press 2 to record your name. Your name is used in the company directory and voicemail announcements.
Recover a deleted message¶
From the main menu, press 7 and follow the prompts.
Set your greeting from the portal instead¶
- Log in to the phone portal.
- Open Messages, then Settings.
- Click the speaker icon next to Voicemail Greeting and pick one:
- Record: enter your extension or a phone number, click Call, and record when the phone rings.
- Upload: choose a WAV or MP3 file you recorded.
- Text To Speech: type your greeting and pick a voice.
- Click Done.
