Stop business calls for a while¶
Overview¶
If you use your cell phone for work calls, you may want to pause business calls without silencing your personal calls. PMX Do Not Disturb does exactly that: it sends calls to your extension straight to voicemail, while your cell keeps ringing for personal calls.
This is different from your phone's own Do Not Disturb
Turning on Do Not Disturb or Focus in your iPhone or Android settings silences everything on your phone. PMX Do Not Disturb only affects calls to your business extension.
Turn it on and off¶

Dial the code from your desk phone or from your PMX phone app, like a normal call. The setting follows your extension, so it applies to your desk phone and your apps at the same time.

Don't forget to turn it off
Do Not Disturb stays on until you turn it off. If callers tell you they keep reaching voicemail, dial *79.
