Business texting¶
If texting is included in your PMX service, you can send and receive text messages (SMS) with your business number.
Which app do I text from?¶
| Your setup | Where you text |

| Most customers | The same app you use for calls: CloudieConnect or SNAPmobile. Look for the Messages section. |
| A few businesses | Textable, a separate texting app that PMX sets up for specific numbers. If you use Textable, PMX will have told you. |
Not every business number includes texting
PMX turns on texting for specific numbers. If you don't see a way to text in your app, or you're not sure whether your number can send texts, ask PMX.
